Kevin M. Bischoff

Kevin is a member of Skoubye Nielson Johansen & Baxter, where his practice is focused on creditor rights, commercial debt collection, and Utah judgment enforcement. He represents businesses and individuals in recovering accounts receivable, enforcing contractual obligations, and pursuing all available creditor remedies to collect outstanding debts.

Kevin has substantial experience guiding clients through the full lifecycle of a claim—from pre-litigation strategy and asset investigation to obtaining judgments and executing on those judgments through garnishments, liens, and other post-judgment collection remedies. He is particularly skilled in domestication of foreign judgments, assisting out-of-state creditors in efficiently transferring and enforcing judgments in Utah.

His practice emphasizes practical, results-driven solutions tailored to the realities of each client's business. Kevin understands both the legal and operational aspects of debt recovery and works to maximize recovery while minimizing time and expense. He has successfully helped clients recover more than $4.5 million in outstanding debts through strategic collection efforts and enforcement actions.

If you are seeking experienced counsel for commercial debt collection, judgment enforcement, or creditor rights matters in Utah, Kevin welcomes the opportunity to discuss your situation and develop a strategy to maximize recovery.

Prior to Skoubye Nielson & Johansen, LLC, Kevin worked in Las Vegas, Nevada at the law firm Hutchison & Steffen, where he performed commercial litigation and insurance defense. He also clerked for the Honorable Judge Kenneth C. Cory, Department 1, Clark County Courts, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
